Oh So Cute!

So I recently came upon some very cute DIY dress kits from a place called Oh, So Sassy...I was hesitant about ordering because I'm always skeptical about how things will look being homemade. :) The kits come with all the pieces pre-cut with easy to follow instructions...perfect for me because I HATE patterns and I hate cutting the pieces out. The dress was very easy and I had fun doing it. Havyn and I are both proud of how they turned out (can't you tell by her poses) and can't wait to order some more! To check out the kits click here.

Keiki Great Aloha Run

Today we ran the Keiki Great Aloha run as a family and with some friends. This is a kids race but parents can run along with their kids. The course was just 1 1/2 miles with kids of all ages. They all did a great job....it is just for fun, but the girls told me they placed 3rd and 4th (they are competitive like their mom). Havyn ran the whole race by herself...when we neared the balloon arch at the end of the race she said, "run faster mom." We have a good time getting out and doing this together as a family. (We don't have any pictures of the girls finishing because Steve had the camera and he was a little further back with Cole).
